AML RightSource, a leading firm solely focused on Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and financial crimes compliance solutions, today announced the appointment of Courtney Abraham, Chief People Officer, effective August 19, 2019. In this newly created position Abraham will report to Frank Ewing, CEO, AML RightSource.

As Chief People Officer, Ms. Abraham will be responsible for all things dealing with the Company’s primary asset — its employees. More specifically, she will drive company strategy for personnel management, employee development, training, recruitment, retention, compensation, employee engagement, evaluations, and many other crucial initiatives. Human Resources will also report directly to Ms. Abraham.
Ms. Abraham has a broad background in talent management and development, training, change management and general human resources operations. She is an innovative and results-oriented global executive with extensive experience driving change within organizations. She possesses strong acumen for aligning corporate culture with strategic goals and uses innovative learning methods to drive increased financial results during periods of rapid growth.
Ms. Abraham has experience with diverse industries including staffing, consulting, retail, insurance and technology. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Bowling Green State University, as well as her Master of Arts degree from DePaul University. She has completed Executive Leadership Programs at IMD and IESE business schools.
