AML RightSource is pleased to announce that Matt Michaud has joined the company as a Senior Vice President, Financial Crimes Advisory. Mr. Michaud brings with him over 20 years of experience in financial services.
Mr. Michaud joins AML RightSource from Capital One where he was Head of Financial Crimes Technology and Analytics, which included both AML and Sanctions. At Capital One, he led a team responsible for enterprise-wide financial crimes modeling and analytics, product management and technology, and data management.
“Matt brings unique financial crimes analytical and technology expertise to the AML RightSource Financial Crimes Advisory practice, along with an ideal background for pushing the practice to become more data driven,” stated Frank Ewing, CEO of AML RightSource.
Chuck Taylor, AML RightSource Executive VP and Head of Financial Crimes Advisory added, “Matt’s deep understanding of how data analytics can be effectively deployed to improve processes and decision-making will provide our clients with leading-edge insights to make their financial crime compliance programs state-of-the-art.”

Mr. Michaud earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston College and his MBA at The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
