AML RightSource December Employee Spotlight: meet Nadia Bhatti! Nadia Bhatti is a Senior Analyst in the AML RightSource Cleveland office with over two and half years of experience in financial crimes compliance.
Ms. Bhatti joined the company in early 2017 and has
contributed to multiple client engagements in numerous capacities including EDD
reviews, case investigations, alert triage, fraud typologies, quality control,
training, and project management. Ms. Bhatti has also spent time on site with a
client for an extended period of time leading a team of analysts in EDD
reviews. Currently, she is the team lead across multiple workflows for an
international MSB client that has anywhere from 20 – 50 FTE at any given time.
As a team lead, Ms. Bhatti is responsible for assisting management with
forecasting and billing, handling client communication, leading the quality
control team, training on new workflows, and employee development.
Ms. Bhatti is a graduate of the University of Michigan (Go
Blue!) with a degree in psychology and philosophy and maintains a Juris Doctor
from Indiana University. Nadia enjoys traveling, playing with her cat Leo,
watching and attending sporting events, and being politically and socially
engaged. Professionally, she is interested in helping financial institutions
protect the elderly and other vulnerable populations from fraud, human
trafficking, and various other financial crimes.
