With over 1,000 employees, AML RightSource is the leading consulting firm focused on fighting financial crime for its clients and the world.
“This has been an exciting project from inception through final execution of the 4th floor build-out. The forward thinking and respect for the work our teams perform has been the catalyst to this whole project. It’s more exciting to know that this secure, state-of-the-art space is the new home for more than 250 of our team members” said Frank Ewing, CEO.
“This is the first time that we designed a space from scratch to meet our staff needs, client needs and business needs. A principal design criteria was flexibility to support our continuing ability to respond to the changing demands of our clients’ businesses. The ability to provide a facility that can complement both our employee and client needs is exactly what we designed for.”
In addition, AML RightSource is also renovating roughly 29,223 square feet on an adjacent floor which will allow for additional accommodations for staff and client needs alike. This space is expected to accommodate nearly 200 additional employees. The project was managed by Cory Skinner, Alexandra Even and Matthew O’Brien of AML RightSource, Jeff Foster of Payto Architects, and Terry Muth of Neshkin Construction. Jones Lang LaSalle was the commercial real estate agency for this project, led by Brian Conroy.
