Navigating an unexpected career change, I transitioned from civil engineering to the complex world of anti-money laundering. Driven by a passion to combat financial crimes, I found my place at AML RightSource.
In just 13 months, I faced a whirlwind of challenges and achievements. In my first month, I was honoured with the "Star Performer of the Month" award, which set a positive tone for my subsequent performance. My engineering background fuelled my desire for efficiency, prompting me to implement strategic changes that streamlined workflows and simplified tasks for the team.

As the main point of contact for clients, I tackled challenging inquiries, enhancing clarity and communication. Additionally, I took on Quality Control (QC) responsibilities, ensuring our processes upheld high standards of quality.
Outside of work, I am passionate about photography and reading, hobbies that have sharpened my attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to experiment. I approach my work with a meticulous eye, continuously seeking knowledge and innovation in this ever-evolving field.
My story illustrates how resilience and adaptability can lead to success when diverse backgrounds and interests converge, creating new paths and opportunities for professional growth, especially here at AML RightSource.
